パスポートの受取に新宿に行ったついでに白湯ラーメンを食べた。とても美味しかった。あと店員の方の気配りというか差配が素晴らしくとても好印象だった。あまり新宿に行くことは無いが、また機会があったら行きたい。
近年は家系やら豚骨のお店が増えてなかなか白湯ラーメンの店を見ない気がする。20年ぐらい前に旗の台に住んでいたときに好きな白湯ラーメン屋さんがあったのだけど、Google Mapで探してみたが見つからなかった😓
もう老人なので白湯ラーメンぐらいがちょうど良い塩梅なのかもしれない。
